All, a well-regarded friend of this project has recommended that we focus our attention to ask the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Orrin Hatch, to investigate the Federal Circuit opinion, the dubious USPTO David Kappos remand, and the other questionable circumstances surrounding Leader v.
